utilized in design/build scenarios
– wherein the developer relies on
LUSEO Group to ensure that the
technical delivery of engineering
systems aligns with owner
requirements. We deploy personnel
with expertise in engineering,
construction, finances, and project
management to support on-the-ground
development management teams.
LUSEO Group’s heavy involvement in
construction yields our team with a
few distinct advantages. Our
engineering design is typically
construction-ready, because we are
able to address typical contractor
issues during the design phase as
opposed to during construction. Our
cost estimation also tends to be
far more accurate, because we are
able to price projects in a similar
manner to contractors – taking into
account local market conditions,
considering project-specific needs
such as rigging costs, and
understanding contractor profit and
overhead requirements.

LUSEO Group understands that after construction is completed, an entirely new set of engineering challenges are manifested during building operations. As such, we have developed a series of services targeted at existing assets including commissioning and energy efficiency evaluations (including energy audits and thermal imaging). We support owners, asset managers, and building operators with the identification of operational enhancements and capital projects – relayed back to our clients in simple financial language that is understandable and actionable.
Our team also routinely provides engineering support for major building renovations. We understand the special challenges of working in existing structures, including the more detailed level of coordination required between architectural, interior design, engineering, and owner’s representatives to successfully reprogram building spaces.
